This great product is cut from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle. Perfect for marinating and slamming on the BBQ resulting in beautifully tender and flavoursome meat.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.
Allow product to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove packaging, set aside separate sauce sachet, and empty all other contents into a heatproof dish, placing ribs meat side up.
Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
From frozen: 30-35 minutes
From defrosted: 25-30 minutes
Remove from oven and drain cooking liquor. Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 5 minutes.
Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
From frozen: 6-7 minutes
From defrosted: 4-5 minutes
Remove from microwave and drain cooking liquor. Pour sauce from sachet evenly over the meat. Return to heat for a further 2 minutes.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and starting to turn sticky.
Do not reheat.
