Chicken drumstick and thigh, left on the bone. A generous portion of meat, with unrivalled taste. Skin on and bone-in, our chicken legs have optimum flavour when oven-roasted or grilled – whilst staying moist and delicious.
Remove the chicken from the packaging an pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6.
Place the legs in a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Sear meat for 15 minutes in the oven.
Reduce oven temperature to 180°C / Fan 160°C / gas 4 and continue cooking for 30-40 minutes.
Remove from oven, leave to rest for at least 10 minutes in a warm place.
After resting serve on hot plates.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
