Two duck breasts marinated in a classic Peking or Chinese Plum marinade.

Each breast weighs a minimum of 180g.


Cooking Instructions

If you have time, scrape the marinade off the fat side of the breast and place fat side down in a cold non stick pan. Bring to a medium heat and fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Reapply the marinade and pop into a 180°C preheated oven for 10 minutes (rare), 15 minutes (medium) or 18 minutes (well done). Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before serving, so that the juices are distributed through the meat.
