2 x 220g Striploin Steaks

2 x 220g Fillet Steaks


Heat a little oil in a pan.

Season the steaks with plenty of salt and pepper.

Sear steaks on one side, turn over and sear the other side.

Add a large nob of butter and baste the steaks. Throw in 4 sprigs of thyme and 2 cloves of garlic and continue to baste until your steak is cooked to your preference.
