All cuts are prepared by our in-house
All our lamb is free range and comes from Local Irish Farms. Our most common breed is a Suffolk Texel cross. These animals have been reared in the West Country, to the highest welfare standards.
The common breeds we use are the Large White and the Landrace, known for their ability to withstand Irish weather, but also for their fat covering and tender meat-eating qualities. The pigs are born and spend their whole lives outside. They are fed on a natural diet, free of growth promotors or growth hormones, that consists primarily of cereal (wheat and barley), with minerals and vitamins making up the rest.

Our delivery service is relatively new, but in that time we have made incredible progress in getting quality food into the homes of our loyal customers. We are nearing full capacity and so delivery times may vary, however we will be sure to let you know in advance if your order is likely to be impacted.
